4. Payments & Refund Policy

• Payments must be made according to the agreed proposal or invoice schedule.
• Work may begin only after receipt of the required advance payment.
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Delays in payment may result in project suspension.

5. Revisions & Changes

Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in your project agreement. Additional revisions or major scope changes may incur extra charges and revised timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, concepts, and files created by Brixon Labs remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment:

• Clients receive rights to use the final deliverables for their intended project.
• Reselling or redistributing our designs without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Brixon Labs shall not be liable for:

• Construction errors by contractors
• Delays caused by third parties
• Any indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of our designs or services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

8. Third-Party Services

We may recommend third-party vendors or contractors. Such parties operate independently, and we are not responsible for their actions, services, or results.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments are overdue
• Client communication ceases for an extended period

In such cases, completed work up to termination will be delivered upon payment for work performed.
